Management Accountant

Mitchell Adam are delighted to put pen to paper to confirm their continued collaboration with an established organisation in Solihull. This organisation has recently announced their intentions to bring on a talented Management Accountant into their team. As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the complete preparation and production of management account packs for this organisation from beginning to end.

As a Management Accountant, you will be an integral component of the management account pack production. You will able to liaise with senior management and will be involved with financial meetings where you will be able to provide a commentary on some of the financial health of the organisation. Alongside this, you will be involved with the budgeting and forecasting process, where you will be involved with budgetary meetings with internal and external non-financial stakeholders. This role provides some fantastic autonomy and provides a very competitive salary.

• To be experienced with producing monthly management account packs independently from start to finish, including the full P&L and Balance Sheet.
• This role will see you at times being an integral player in financial meetings where you will be interacting with various stakeholders from a varying level of seniority including board level. It is important to be to be confident and self-assured.
• To be either currently studying your ACCA or CIMA Qualification or to have completed a portion of examinations. If you consider yourself "Qualified by Experience" please feel free to apply.
