Another amazing job role is now available! Searching for a new Accounts Assistant, a UK manufacturing company are wanting an outgoing, sociable individual to come in and hit the ground running.

The successful candidate will be an expert when it comes to bank reconciliations, as well as having involvement with payment runs and allocating receipts. You will directly reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, ensuring all supplier queries are resolved and assist with end of month closer of the ledger. You'll be a trustworthy individual who ensure all tasks are completed with discretion and methodically.

You will be a part of a fantastic team, in a supportive environment who only want the best for their employees.

Skills required

  • Experience within a similar position, with a knowledge of accounts payable and practical experience of reconciliations and query management.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills to hit deadlines and manger high voluminous work, as well as taking full responsibility for different processes.
  • The ability to not only motivate yourself, but be a team player who motivates other employee too.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with close attention to detail, ensuring all information is checked and correct.
