Based in their Solihull office, this hybrid working role has a variety of duties including but not limited to updating the daily cashbook, processing invoices, reconciliations, raising overrides, bank statements and assisting with month end. This role is ideal for an individual who is looking to step into a role where they can apply the experience, knowledge and skills that they've acquired so far in their career. As well as be keen on working in team where they will be valued for the contributions they bring.

What you will need:

  • Prior experience as an Accounts Assistant or Accounts Payable clerk, or in a similar role.
  • Have a proactive nature as well as demonstrate a prior track record of managing own workload.
  • Proficiency with Excel is essential, including experience with Pivot tables and VLOOKUPS. Whilst not a requirement it's also ideal to also have Sage experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, able to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
