Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:
- 5+ years at Senior Sous level and above
- Experience within restaurants, venues, hotels, and/or event catering
- A confident leader of people with the ability to build strong working relationships
- An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
- A Head Chef who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
