Join my clients team as a Home Ownership Progressor and be part of a dynamic organisation committed to bravery, ambition, and honesty. This role is ideal for someone with a background in shared ownership leases and sales/marketing. You will be the central point of contact for all resale shared ownership queries and the processing of staircasing transactions, making a real difference in the housing sector.
Day-to-day of the role:- Liaise with sellers, buyers, estate agents, and solicitors regarding resale properties.
- Take ownership of resales and staircasing transactions from initiation to legal completion.
- Manage and update the website with available properties.
- Handle customer calls relating to resales and staircasing.
- Update the sales database and marketing spreadsheets to ensure accuracy.
- Process resale fees via the internal payment system.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of shared ownership resales and the housing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience in customer service or sales, comfortable with handling enquiries and providing solutions.
- Experience in social media advertising.
- Marketing experience.
- Option to buy up to an additional 5 days of annual leave per year.
- Starting annual leave of 25 days (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
