This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiencedMechanicalHVAC ProjectManagerto join a very successful and highly respectedMechanicalHVAC Building Services contractor based in the Midlands.
Working across mainly Commercial + Industrial sectors with typicalprojectvalues ranging from 200,000 up to 6M, the company are an established Building Services contractor who provide a full range ofMechanical services, from design through to installation and commissioning. As a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experiencedMechanicalHVAC ProjectManager.
Progression
This role offers exceptional growth potential. My client has indicated that for the right candidate, it will evolve into a Contracts Manager position, and ultimately, a Contracts Director role. You'll also have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, managing all contracts from inception.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manageprojects assigned to you, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Manage the procurement ofprojects

Technical submissions/approvals of plant/equipment

Assist in the production of risk and method statements

Financial management of theprojectand working to budgets set

Management of the site team

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensureprojectrequirements are met

Conduct regular site visits to monitorprojectprogress and address any issues that arise

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout theprojectlife cycle
MechanicalHVAC ProjectManager- Desirable Experience and Key Skills:

Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as aMechanicalBuilding ServicesProjectManageror similar role, i.e.MechanicalContractsManageror M&EProjectManager

Experience in successfully deliveringMechanicalbuilding servicesprojects ranging from 500,000 up to 5,000,000

Excellent leadership and communication skills
Salary and Benefits Package for the position ofMechanicalHVAC ProjectManagerinclude:

Base salary: 60,000 - 70,000

Hybrid working (2/3 days)

Car Allowance typically around 6,000.
