Our client, a key player in Britain's gas market, is looking for a Communications & Stakeholder Manager to join their team to lead and execute communication strategies aligned to their values and strategic objectives. You will lead stakeholder engagement, executing a proactive, targeted communications plan and build strong relationships with customers, gas industry partners, and regulators, representing the organisation and ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication at all levels. Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic communications counsel to the Senior Leadership Team
- Enhance internal engagement to drive alignment and collaboration across the organisation
- Analyse stakeholder insights from engagement, forums and feedback to inform internal/external briefings and content
- Proactively plan and execute stakeholder events, representing the company at industry forums and events
- Stay informed on the evolving gas industry landscape, ensuring alignment with regulatory strategies and objectives to best serve stakeholder
Skills and Experience required:
- Gas/Energy experience required
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to advise senior leadership
- Experience developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies that drive positive sentiment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insightsÂ
- Collaborative team player with experience leading cross-functional initiative
