My client, an expanding and accredited law firm, has recently opened a new office in Solihull. The firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its growing Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a supportive and encouraging team as the firm embarks on its growth journey in the region.

The firm is seeking individuals with at least two years’ experience managing their own caseload, whether qualified or not. As long as you possess the necessary expertise and confidence in residential conveyancing, applications are encouraged.

You will be joining an expanding team of four experienced Property specialists who are committed to providing support and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

The Role:

  • Managing a caseload of freehold, leasehold and remortgage transactions – around 60 to 70 files
  • Handling the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion with efficiency and accuracy
  • Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Utilising a high-tech case management system to streamline processes and ensure smooth case progression
  • Working collaboratively with the team to contribute to the success and growth within the Solihull office

You:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
  • Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold and remortgage transactions
  • Experience with new build properties is advantageous but not required
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive approach to delivering high-quality service to clients
