Senior Data & Analytics Manager - Solihull based (1 day per week)

You will lead a team of Data Engineers, BI Analysts, Data scientists and Data Governance Analysts, providing hands on support when necessary.

As the Data & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for gathering, maintaining and analysing data to provide insight to the business. The role partners the business to enable both day-to-day operational and commercial decision making as well as provide strategic insight through data.

Role purpose:

The main purpose of the role is to lead the data and analytics team, partnering the business to provide high quality analysis and insight. You will steer and align the data and analytics team to the Group's overall strategic objectives. This includes:

  • Helping define and execute the group's data strategy
  • Ensuring the data and analytics function acts as a partner to the business
  • Providing timely and accurate analysis to support day-to-day operational and commercial decision making
  • Providing insight to define and prioritise projects and programmes
  • Enhancing controls, data security and data privacy
