Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory work is delivered to a high standard.
- Providing strategic tax planning advice and identifying opportunities to maximise tax efficiency.
- Reviewing tax computations prepared by junior staff and providing technical guidance.
- Developing strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact for tax matters.
- Supporting business development initiatives, including attending networking events and contributing to proposals.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance services.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of current UK tax legislation.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively and provide commercially focused advice.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
