Role ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Provide expert advice on employment tax issues, including PAYE, NIC, employee benefits, and expenses
- Assist clients with compliance, including IR35 regulations, off-payroll working, and HMRC investigations
- Offer guidance on tax-efficient salary sacrifice schemes, termination payments, and planning opportunities
- Manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted tax advisor
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to employment tax legislation

Candidate Requirements- CTA, ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent, with strong expertise in employment tax
- In-depth knowledge of PAYE, NIC, IR35, and employee benefits legislation
- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering tailored advice
- Confidence in handling HMRC queries and complex tax matters
- A proactive, commercially minded approach to identifying growth opportunities
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
- Full-time, permanent role
