T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a successful and growing services Company. As Finance Manager you will manage a small finance team and be a key member of the Senior Leadership team taking responsibility for management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and transactional finance.

As Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing management accounts and budgets to deadline
Monitor and forecast cashflow
Record financial transactions across projects, departments and company
Prepare financial statements
Undertaking financial administration
Oversee the Credit Control function
Preparation and submission of CIS returns
Improve and manage financial systems and policies
Analyse financial performance and forecast longer term
Annual Budgeting
Support financial analysis and integration of acquisitions and other strategic projects

To be successful in the role of Finance Manager you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes;

A qualified Accountant (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA or equivalent)
Experience in construction Accounting Principles including CIS
Capable of working with people at all levels within an organisation, ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
Sound commercial knowledge
Accuracy and eye for detail
