Finance Manager
Location - Solihull
Salary - up to £60,000 plus benefits
T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a successful and growing services Company. As Finance Manager you will manage a small finance team and be a key member of the Senior Leadership team taking responsibility for management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and transactional finance.
As Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing management accounts and budgets to deadline
- Monitor and forecast cashflow
- Record financial transactions across projects, departments and company
- Prepare financial statements
- Undertaking financial administration
- Oversee the Credit Control function
- Preparation and submission of CIS returns
- Improve and manage financial systems and policies
- Analyse financial performance and forecast longer term
- Annual Budgeting
- Support financial analysis and integration of acquisitions and other strategic projects
To be successful in the role of Finance Manager you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes;
- A qualified Accountant (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA or equivalent)
- Experience in construction Accounting Principles including CIS
- Capable of working with people at all levels within an organisation, ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
- Sound commercial knowledge
- Accuracy and eye for detail
