This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of managed services, and a strong focus on customer relationship management. The salary for this position is 25,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Renewals Specialist:

  • Monitoring and tracking the expiration dates of managed service contracts
  • Proactively initiating discussions with clients regarding contract renewals
  • Preparing and presenting contract renewal proposals to clients
  • Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to secure renewals
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or solutions to existing clients

Key Skills and Experience of a Renewals Specialist:

  • Previous experience in contract renewal management, customer relationship management or a related role is preferred
  • You should be proficient in CRM and contract management software
  • KPI driven with a focus on revenue generation and customer retention
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills is necessary
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
