Are you an experienced recruiter who is looking for their next step up in their career and wanting the opportunity to grow and manage their own Branch? Team Educate have an excellent position as a Branch Manager to head up our Birmingham and West Midlands Division.

Team Educate has grown from strength to strength over the past 5 years now operating in 4 different locations with our most recent being Birmingham. We are now looking for an experienced consultant with experience within this area / sector to help grow our West Midlands Division and manage and grow our newest branch and team as a Branch Manager. We currently have formed good relationships with clients, having already worked with schools and academies but we are looking to grow this team and expand. We feel an experienced recruiter who is familiar with this locality and experience within this field, would be a huge asset to our grown to both our clients and current team.

The suitable applicant must have experience within education recruitment and knowledge of the local area is also advantageous. You will be working within a great team, for a great company who really want to make a different within this sector. The applicant must share the save values and have a good work ethic with the ability to want to succeed and lead the charge against our competitors.

The Role:

  • Branch Manager / Team Manager Role
  • Full time position (Monday - Friday)
  • £32,000 - £42,000 starting salary + progression + commission
  • Working hours 7.00 - 17.00 Monday - Thursday 7.00 - 16.00 Friday (term time only)
  • Reduced hours in school holidays
  • Excellent commission structure (no agency offers what we do)
  • Dress down / early finish Fridays
  • Term time holiday allowance
  • 25 days holiday (to increase subject to years of service) + bank holidays off
