We have partnered with an established education provider in the Solihull area.聽聽Our client is looking for a talented Hr Advisor or an aspiring Senior HR Admin/Assistant looking for a step up into an advisory position to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR colleagues and to contribute to the wider HR function as required by the HR Management team.聽聽Key Duties and Responsibilities of the HR Advisor Role:聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽To provide frontline advice and guidance to line managers in the delivery of effective and consistent absence management practices.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽To undertake absence management casework, and to act as the primary HR contact as required.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽To liaise closely with the College Health & Safety Manager in relation to workstation assessments, Occupational Health recommendations, return to work conversations, etc.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽To actively support the College Wellbeing Strategy, and to assist with the development and ongoing delivery of employee wellbeing initiatives as required.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽To be the first point of contact and to liaise with external providers and/or agencies as required, including Occupational Health, Cyclescheme, Specsavers, etc.聽聽To be considered for the HR Advisor Role:聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience of working in a HR related environment路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience of administering company/statutory sickness schemes路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience of administering company/statutory maternity and paternity schemes路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience of using HR/Payroll systems路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽CIPD Level 3 Qualification or above essential聽聽Key information about the HR Advisor Role:聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽37 hours per week聽聽聽聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽拢26,000 to 拢28,000 per annum路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Permanent聽聽聽For more Information on the role please contact Morgan on .We would like to thank you for taking the time to apply for this vacancy.
