Contract Epicor Support Analyst ??Location: Birmingham/Hybrid??Contract Rate: £220 Per day outside IR35?Duration: 12 Months Are you an experienced ERP Support Analyst with experience of Epicor who’s looking for your next contract opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in end-user support, data management, and Epicor customisations to join our client on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide expert end-user support for EpicorERP, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system efficiency.? Utilise DMT (Data Management Tool) for bulk data uploads and migrations.? Make dashboard changes, including customisations and performance enhancements.? Amend and optimise BAQs (Business Activity Queries) to meet business needs.? Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve system functionality.
Key Requirements:
?? Proven experience in EpicorERP support (ideally v10 or later).?? Hands-on expertise with DMT for data uploads.?? Strong understanding of BAQs, dashboards, and system configuration.?? Ability to support end users and troubleshoot issues effectively.?? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
