In this pivotal role, you will be handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, lease negotiations and development projects. You will work closely with a broad spectrum of clients, including SMEs, landlords, tenants, and developers, providing expert legal advice and ensuring the successful completion of transactions.

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 am to 5:15 pm

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and developments.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and strong client relationships.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
• Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title documents, searches, and enquiries.
• Liaise with other solicitors, agents, and professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial property law and its application.
