The Role:
As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you'll play a key role in a busy property team. You will support experienced Solicitors and develop into a position of handling your own simple files initially. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and further develop your legal expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Conducting property searches and preparing necessary legal documentation
- Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and files
- Providing administrative support to Solicitors, ensuring seamless case progression
