Conveyancing Assistant – Solihull
My client, a well-established and expanding multi-site firm, is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join its new office in Solihull.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and work alongside an experienced Fee Earner, providing crucial support throughout the conveyancing process.
The Role:
- Opening new files and ensuring all initial documentation is in place
- Preparing and sending contract packs to clients
- Undertaking searches and assisting in drafting reports
- Providing administrative support throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Assisting with post-completion duties, prior experience in this area is advantageous
About You:
- You will have prior experience in a similar role within a conveyancing department
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential
- A proactive approach and a desire to progress within the firm is highly valued
