A local, award winning law firm are seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join their team in Solihull. The salary on the role is between 23-28k a year dependant on experience and is fully office based.

This role is ideal for a candidate who has at least a year and a half/ two years’ experience working as an immigration paralegal and is now keen to progress.

The day to day duties for this role would include:

- Drafting and reviewing legal documents

- Taking calls for potential enquires

- Making online applications

- Communications with clients on their case status and requests for information

- Research and review immigration laws and regulations

- Prepare and submit visa regulations

- Organise case files

- Attend client meetings to make notes and take instructions

You must have a passion for immigration law, previous experience working as an immigration paralegal, an ability to multitask, have strong organisation and communication skills and be proficient with legal software and Microsoft office.
