I am representing a client in the legal industry who is looking to fill an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their main office in Solihull, West Midlands. This permanent, full-time role offers competitive compensation and the chance to support a highly skilled and dynamic team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide effective administrative support, including:

  • Managing diaries and creating rotas for police station and court duties.
  • Updating and managing high volumes of data in Excel and internal databases.
  • Opening and maintaining client files, both physical and digital.
  • Handling calls, liaising with clients, police officers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitoring case progress and arranging meetings or video conferences for solicitors.
  • Assisting in departmental tasks such as billing and archiving concluded case files.

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least five years of office administration experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Confidence in using IT systems and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and external entities.
