We have partnered with a successful firm based in the Solihull area who are looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Assistant to provide support to the New Business Team.This permanent, full-time position is based onsite, Monday to Friday 9am-5.00pm.We would like to hear from candidates for the Business Support Assistant role who:
  • Have residential conveyancing knowledge.
  • Comfortable managing and prioritizing workload
  • Confident communicator both written and verbally 
Key duties and responsibilities of the Business Support Assistant role include:
  • Providing full support to our Conveyancing department.
  • Guiding clients through the first steps of their move.
  • Preparing correspondence, filing and dispatching. 
  • Liaising with clients via phone, email and In person.
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Adhoc admin duties as and when required.
Key Information about the Business Support Assistant role:
  • Salary £22,000 – £24,000 DOE.
