What You Will Do:
• Coordinate and integrate site-based industrialisation projects across various technology areas, ensuring successful delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.• Facilitate the transition to agile methodologies, providing support in mindset, training, and toolset adoption.• Lead technical and financial programme reviews, including gateway readiness and launch readiness reviews, to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation activities across manufacturing technologies and plant teams, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.• Represent the voice of manufacturing in senior forums, demonstrating leadership and advocating for customer-first principles.• Engage with key stakeholders to track the implementation of technology requirements for industrialisation projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven communication and leadership skills, capable of driving business decisions and fostering a positive working environment.• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to new ways of working.• A relevant degree or equivalent experience, underpinned by a solid background in manufacturing.• Experience in project or programme management, with an understanding of PCDS and agile methodologies.• Competency in effective stakeholder management, schedule management, and financial control, bolstered by excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
