Administrator required to join our established client, supporting the Estimating team with administrative duties. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Salary will be £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Estimating team
  • Check all new tenders meet requirements, update notification sheet, distribute records, organise and file tenders
  • Contact subcontractors to gage interest in pricing and request quotations and chase for quotes
  • All other adhoc administration duties to support the team

Experience required:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Construction industry experience is preferred
  • Previous experience supporting an estimating team is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
