Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Plant Floor Technician to be based at our customer office in Solihull. We can consider offering this role either as permanent or contract role.

The Role:
The role of the Plant Floor Support Technician revolves around the support of hardware, applications and software at a manufacturing site. You will work alongside senior resources within the team ensuring that applications are running to support the efficiency of the plant.
Please note this is a 24 hour rotating shift pattern onsite in Solihull. This role requires shift pattern work - 40 hours Monday to Friday with three different shifts covering the 24 hours in a day. There will be an occasional requirement to work weekends.
This is a fast paced role where you will be required to move around the plant fixing issues as quickly as possible to minimize disruption.
Knowledge and Experience:
Basic Understanding of Microsoft Applications/ Software
Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude
Problem solving skills
