Job Title: Qualified Social Worker - Reablement Location: Solihull, UK Salary: £28.35 - £31.97 per hour (Umbrella) or £24.75 - £27.91 per hour (PAYE) Contract: 3 Months, 22.5 hours per week including MondaysAre you a skilled and adaptable Social Worker looking to make a lasting impact within a community-focused setting? - Deliver person-centred Social Work interventions that focus on strength-based approaches and preventive strategies. - Work closely with service users and carers to develop and implement effective reablement plans. - Empower clients to identify and achieve their personal goals related to social care tasks such as washing, dressing, showering, and meal preparation. - Facilitate community engagement by supporting clients in accessing activities and resources to maintain their independence. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care for service users. - Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with industry standards and policies.What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
You must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you must have a degree level qualification or equivalent in Social Work.
