Our client, a highly regarded SEN school in Solihull, is looking for a dedicated Complex Needs Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with complex learning needs. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with complex learning difficulties.
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure continuous development.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff members to provide an integrated approach to learning.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and working together to support each child's educational journey.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with complex needs.
* A valid enhanced DBS on the update service.
* Strong understanding of the challenges and rewards of working with students with SEN.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.
