Key Responsibilities of a SEN Teacher:
- Delivering engaging and tailored lessons to meet the needs of SEN students.
- Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitoring student progress.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Implementing innovative teaching strategies to foster a love of learning.
As a SEN Teacher, you will have the following:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
