A reputable, award winning and close knit firm based in Solihull are seeking a diligent and detail oriented Wills Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis (fully office based Monday to Friday). This is a really unique opportunity for someone with a solid background within Private Client to join a longstanding team. Prior experience within Wills and drafting of wills in essential for this role alongside experience of running your own caseload.

Day to day duties may include:

Taking Will instructions preparing/typing Wills and getting them signed by client

Taking instructions and working with the client to provide specialist advice

Managing of all the Wills administration

Handling telephone calls from clients

Producing of reports

Accurate time recording, managing all financial in the accounts and producing of bills

Credit control

Other ad hoc Wills Administration support

The successful candidate must have prior experience of working as a Wills Assistant within a law firm setting and working with clients on a day to day basis. You must have strong communication and people skills, excellent IT skills alongside a proven track record of working as part of a collaborative team. Experience of time recording, billing and a strong knowledge of Wills and the processes is essential.

This role is full time, permanent and fully office based Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm with parking available on site.
