What Were Looking For:

  • Experience in teaching or tutoring Functional Skills at Level 1 and Level 2, with a particular focus on SEND and SEMH learners.
  • A proactive and patient approach to teaching, with the ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and ICT.
  • Experience using specialized teaching strategies and interventions for SEND and SEMH students.
  • A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
