About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, driven, and innovative Digital Social Content Creator to join our team. If you have a passion for producing engaging and impactful content across social media platforms, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As part of our team, youll play a crucial role in shaping our brands digital presence, focusing primarily on Instagram and Facebook. Youll collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Events teams to create content that captivates both our customers and Business Owners, driving engagement and raising brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, design, shoot, and edit high-quality, original content (including images, videos, graphics, GIFs, and copy) that is tailored for different social media platforms.
  • Live Event Coverage: Work alongside the Events team to cover live events and training sessions, driving engagement before (to boost ticket sales), during (to create excitement), and after (to promote future events).
  • Brand Voice & Consistency: Create copy and visual content that aligns with the brands tone of voice and identity, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
  • Creativity: Stay ahead of trends, identifying new opportunities and growth areas for content across social media platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Owners and colleagues from Marketing and Events to produce relevant, engaging, and creative content.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, ensuring content remains fresh and impactful.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: 2-4+ years of experience in social media content creation.
  • Creativity & Innovation: A portfolio showcasing your creative content across social media platforms.
  • Photography/Videography Skills: Hands-on experience in capturing and editing both photos and videos.
  • Design Proficiency: Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Time Management: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly pivot strategies based on performance data or changing priorities.
  • Experience with Paid Social (Desirable): Familiarity with social media advertising is a plus, but not essential.
