Assistant Accountant

A well-established, family-owned company is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant to join their supportive finance team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment with the chance to develop your skills and progress in your accounting career.
As an Assistant Accountant, your key duties will include:
- Support month-end processes
- Various reconciliations
- All aspects of Credit Control incl. initial credit checks, chasing overdue debt, maintaining the Sales Ledger
- Ad-hoc Finance duties
Background Required to Succeed in this Assistant Accountant Role
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, LOOKUPs)
- Previous experience in an Accounts role similar to the above outlined duties
