Vacancy short description:

As part of our passionate team, you'll help create a nurturing environment, support children's development through play-based learning, assist with daily routines, and foster their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You'll also build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues while contributing to a positive and inspiring atmosphere.

Key responsibilities:

  • Attend all meetings, complete all required work on time, and be fully prepared to the best of your ability.
  • Attend and complete all role related training as required by the manager and your contract.
  • Under supervision, assist with children's care, including washing, changing, and feeding.
  • Assist with meeting the personal, social and emotional needs of individual children.
  • To provide adult interaction with children in the nursery.
  • Being responsible for your own professional development through reading, research, and learning.

Apprenticeship standard:Early Educator Level 3

Benefits:20 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Working hours & days:Mondays - Fridays 8:30am 4:30pm (hour lunch)

Total hours per week: 40 hours a week

Salary (Per annum): £13,312
