Our client based in central Croydon are looking for Call Handlers, to take and place calls in order to book appointments and referrals.
You will need experience of either working in a call centre environment, or a similar customer service type role.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm. You will need a standard DBS for this role.
If you do not have one in place we may be able to assist with this.
You will require the following skills and experience:-
Call Centre
Dealing with high volume calls
Excellent customer service abilities
Clear and concise communication skills
Be reliable and conscientious
Excellent timekeeping skills
Available immediately and on an ongoing basis
