Are you an ambitious and experienced Mortgage Broker looking to take your career to the next level? Our client, due to a period of rapid growth, is looking for a highly motivated and CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified broker to join its busy and dynamic team.
You will be working closely with our client's successful estate agency arm and will be responsible for following up a constant stream of high-quality leads from within a thriving, target-driven environment.
Salary - £30k - £35k depending on experience. £60k OTE.
Office-based in Croydon (possibility of hybrid working after successful completion of probation).
Key Responsibilities
- Providing advice and arranging various types of mortgages.
- Cross-selling insurance products from market leading insurers.
- Delivering high levels of detailed client care and service to ensure prospective clients are able to find the most appropriate arrangement that best suits their needs.
- Foster and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate and retain business.
- Have a clear understanding of the businesses' ethos and services provided.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience (working towards targets/ objectives).
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
