We're Hiring: Room Leader / Senior Early Years Practitioner

We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Room Leader/Senior Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team! We need dynamic individuals who are eager to lead, inspire, and create enriching learning experiences for children.

Our nurseries have been providing high-quality childcare in Croydon since 1995. In January 2025, we proudly opened our second nursery! While our facilities are fantastic, we truly believe our staff make the biggest difference in a child's early years.

Your Role as a Room Leader:

  • Lead with enthusiasm, creating a positive and nurturing environment

  • Ensure children are happy, settled, and engaged in meaningful learning

  • Motivate and inspire your team every day

  • Maintain high standards of care and education

  • Build strong professional relationships with parents and carers

  • Bring creativity and innovation to daily activities, fostering new learning opportunities for children

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A true passion for working with children

  • Experience in the early years sector

  • A proactive mindset and ability to think on your feet

  • A desire to support children's growth and development

  • A sense of humor, patience, enthusiasm, and a big smile!
