Job details:Seeking detail-oriented Stock Condition Surveyors (x7) to join our client from end of March until September / October.* Conduct thorough inspections of stock (Residential Accomodation) to assess condition and identify any issues.* Maintain detailed and accurate records of stock conditions.* Prepare reports and provide recommendations for maintenance and improvements.* Collaborate with other departments to ensure stock is maintained to the highest standards.* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.What you'll need to succeed* Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
