Class Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Primary Teacher to work on varied days across the summer term at a forward-thinking and inclusive 2-form entry primary school in Croydon. The position involves teaching a KS1 class, with responsibilities including some planning due to start after Easter- July 2025.

• Deliver engaging and creative KS1 lessons tailored to pupil needs

• Use effective behaviour management techniques to create a positive learning environment

• Work closely with a supportive classroom TA to maximise pupil outcomes

• Differentiate learning activities to support a range of abilities

• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the wider school community

• UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum

• Enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated teaching approach

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
