We are looking for a dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join Tradewind Recruitment in a full-time role starting in October 2024 in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience and a proven ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to all students
- Assess and monitor student progress with constructive feedback
- Create a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Work with colleagues and parents to support student development
- Participate in professional development and school activities
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- At least 2 years of primary school teaching experience
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding children
- This role is not open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
