The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Croham Hurst Golf Club. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment and is motivated to succeed. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping the social experience at our club, ensuring every visit is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the bar and catering services, ensuring all activities run smoothly.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Supervise bar/waiting staff, including scheduling, training, and ensuring team performance meets standards.

Ensure the bar area is always clean, well-stocked, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Handle card transactions accurately and securely.

Prepare and serve drinks and food, ensuring quality and presentation.

Monitor stock levels, place orders when necessary, and manage inventory efficiently.

Resolve any customer queries or issues professionally.

Assist in organising and catering for club events as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in bar management or a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Full-time position, flexible working hours including evenings and weekends.

Salary:

£26k - £28k per annum
