We are looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our HR team. You will assist with day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, support payroll, manage recruitment processes, and address employee queries. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR functions (recruitment, training, grievances).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
- Assist with payroll preparation and absence management.
- Manage employee queries and coordinate communication with candidates.
- Support the leaver process and maintain HR documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role (assistant level).
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and work autonomously.
