Take on this role as Assistant Manager at a flagship rental scheme in London! You will work closely with the General Manager and Facilities Manager to manage all building operations and ensure the highest level of service. As Assistant Manager you will manage two Team Leaders and oversee the wider Front of House and Leasing team.

What will I be responsible for in this position?
People Management
- Contribute to and manage two happy, motivated and ambitious teams, Resident Team and Leasing Team, that are task-driven and results-orientated. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will anticipate and exceed customer expectations.
- Supporting the General Manager with the completion and allocation of administrative tasks.
- Prioritise customer service, ensuring residents have the best possible experience and become our ambassadors.
Customer Experience
- Prioritise customer service, ensuring residents have the best possible experience, and become building ambassadors
- Oversee the leasing journey for customers to maximise occupancy and revenue
- Deal with complaints with empathy, and praise with modesty
Operational/Compliance
- Support the General Manager in the autonomous management of the entire estate, including residential and commercial elements
- Shape and deliver resident experience objectives and targets, utilizing Standard Operating Procedures
- Be flexible, and hands on to get stuck in. Assist in the monitoring and procuring of stock for soft FM services, economically and competitively. Maintain all health and safety policies and risk assessments
- Assist the General Manager in the management of the property management system, including preparing and presenting reports
- Oversee bank accounts and payments, both from residents and suppliers, including debt management
- Assist in the management of resident tenancies, including ASTs, move-in and move-out processes, and anything in between.
- Build relationships with senior team members, stakeholders, and clients across the business
- Keep up to date with changes in technology, processes and standards within the industry
- Offer suggestions to improve operational performance
Leasing
- Oversee and lead the Leasing Team Leader and Leasing Team Member and support where necessary to ensure high occupancy is achieved and maintained, this includes the process for resident tenancy renewal.
- Oversee the administrative duties undertaken by the Leasing Team to ensure accuracy and process is in-line with tenancy management data and reporting.
- Work alongside external leasing agents, building positive relationships and increasing sales.
- Play a supporting role, where necessary, in touring and leasing prospects, to maximise occupancy and revenue, including following up on leads and sales conversions.
