Do you have attention to detail and  are willing to learn? Our Client are looking for highly motivated factory operative's to join our fantastic team in South Molton.   What are the responsibilities of the Factory Operative?
  • Responsible for making yourself aware of the Health and Safety requirements for the role and department.
  • To assemble actuators in line with the company procedures and utilising  tools and processes
  • Adherence to standard operating procedures and SOPs applicable to the role..
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Reporting of Health & safety issues (accident reporting and near miss/observation reporting)
  • Adherence to quality standards applicable to all parts and process.
  • Meet the production times as stated on the job cards
  • Demonstrate flexibly to meet business requirements
  • Work as part of a team to meet departmental targets
 What are the qualification and experience required for the Actuator?
  • Some previous assembly or factory environment experience is desirable  (although full training will be given)
  • Manual dexterity if you have any outside hobbies which require dexterity then this could be for you!
  • Willing to learn 
  • Accuracy 
  • Attention to detail
