Role:Telesales Trade & Commercial

Working hours:8am til 5pm

Location:Lopen Business Park

About the role:The role will be to drive new business leads through cold calling, using the internet, creating marketing campaigns, and working closely with the Sales Team. This role will require a high level of energy from you to support new customer requests, working on your own initiative with minimum supervision, you will be expected to build a solid sales pipeline of enquiries each week, converting quotes to orders for both trade and commercial.

You must be confident using a phone and conducting customer 1:1 Teams calls meetings when required.

They offer an individual solution for all their customers facility needs including forklift trucks, industrial and commercial doors, and general industrial equipment, to also cover rough terrain, telehandlers, utility vehicles, operator training and much more.They have recently developed a new Aluminium Window & Door Division, which has benefited from substantial investment in infrastructure, machinery, and resource. The plan is to grow trade sales and become a key player within the sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve lead generation targets on a weekly basis
  • Manage data to support lead generation campaigns
  • Manage CRM for lead generation and customer reporting
  • Present monthly sales activity using power point when requested to do so
  • Be a team player and support colleagues wherever possible
  • Stay aligned to company guidelines
  • Participate in company training when required and identify other training with line manager to ensure you have the best opportunity for success

Candidate Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of social media, principles, and techniques
  • Confident using the phone
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of the construction industry would be desirable
