About the Role:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This varied role involves a mix of administrative and customer service tasks, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls (general inquiries and service-related queries).
- General administrative tasks including filing and processing contracts.
- Invoicing, processing card payments, and following up on overdue payments.
- Using Office 365 tools and in-house systems to manage records and tasks (training provided).
- Some experience with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and work independently after training.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexible working hours after the training period.
