Sales Order Processing
• Review of the sales orders which can be shipped on our ERP system and tag these orders on the shipping system so that the warehouse can ship to customers approximately 3 times per day.
• Answering the telephone take telephone orders by processing the order on Shopify and taking card payments
• Monitoring the consumer customer service inbox and answering emails to customers from our consumer website.
Finance Assistant
• Customer account control involving the matching of invoices and payments, chasing customers for late payments, sending customer statements and issuing refunds etc.
• Daily reconciliation of Paypal, Shopify and Credit Card bank accounts on Xero
• Daily check of Paypal transactions to ensure all balances have cleared for payment along with daily Paypal draw downs and currency conversions
• Reconciliation of Amazon seller two weekly payouts and posting of amazon charges
• Booking in delivery notes against purchase order into our system, into Xero and on Hub Doc.
• Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
• Monthly meter readings for x4 units for Gas & Electricity and x2 printers and submission to the supplier
• Monitoring the Accounts email inbox
