Our client based in the North East are looking for an experienced Slinger Signaller to join their team on a permanent basis.
Job description:
- Directing crane operators from ground level using hand signals.
- Halting crane operations if they deem conditions to be too hazardous.
- Attaching and detaching the load from the lifting equipment.
- Understanding lifting risks and how to manage them effectively.
- Initiating and directing the safe movement of the lifting equipment and load.
Person Specification:
- CPCS Slinger Signaller A40 Training
- NPORS Slinger Signaller N402 Training
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Salary negotiable
