Site Supervisor

Zenith People are looking to recruit an experience Site Supervisor in South Tyneside on a temporary contract.

Job Description

• Overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• To run a new build site
• Ability to read technical drawing
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Managing construction staff and providing job site leadership and direction.
• Inspecting work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and deliveries.

Person Specification

• Must have a valid SSSTS and CSCS card
• First Aid
• Scaffold inspection
• Manual Handling
• Asbestos Awareness
• Working at heights
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor
• Proven experience running a new build site
• Must have a full UK driving licence
