This role will be a temporary assignment running up until Christmas and may be extended through to January.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Phone Interviews/Surveys
- Contact respondents by phone (using lists provided) to gather data.
- Ensure that all questions are answered clearly and thoroughly.
- Gather and synthesize information based on research goals.
- Assist with analysis and report writing as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
- Work closely with other team members to achieve research objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Accurately record and input data
- Clear, articulate, and professional phone manner.
- Experience within a contact centre environment however this is not essential.
