Pay Rate £12 per hour
Location: South Woodham Ferrers, CM3 (own transport required)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Type: Temp to perm for the right candidate
About the Role:
Are you looking to start a career in paint spraying? We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our client’s team as a Trainee Paint Sprayer! You will receive hands-on training to develop your skills in paint spraying, surface preparation, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the fundamentals of paint spraying and surface preparation
- Assist in mixing paints and maintaining accurate colour consistency
- Support in equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality standards

- A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Must have your own transport
